Error #133?!

I have checked everything. I'm signed in, but this error still pops up saying that I have not signed in somewhere. I have had this error since the beginning.

Any idea? I have Sprint N2.

That's a very generic error message code, from carrier logins to printer/wifi disconnects, etc. Did you purchase the device used or refurbed? It's possible that a remnant of the old system was left orphaned in there.

Maybe not. But I'd check with the carrier, but not until I cleared caches and data on everything, even a factory data reset.

Perhaps others who have seen this will chime in.
 
Here is what it says exactly: Error #133 "Sign-in failed. Your username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again. If this problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Care."


It does not affect anything I do on the phone, but it does get annoying since it pops up at least once a day.
 
I called Sprint Customer Care and got them to change my sprintpcs username to see if it fixes the issue. Will keep you guys updated!
