Error 207 with firmware update

We were fortunate enough to get 2 Archos 70 tablets for Christmas. One updated to the new 2.2 Froyo without any issues. The other gives me a error 207, not the correct update for this device.

I have tried over the air and direct download from Archos website, still errors. I also used the Android reformat (not sure of the correct title)

Any thoughts or suggestions; I could use the help.

after checking several forums, it appears the Archos server is acting up and only partial files are being sent / downloaded. I have found a mirror site to get the files, now to get them loaded properly.
