Help Error -24 when installing Chrome

This is kind of a long story, so I'll attempt to explain it:

I was trying to free up a lot of space on my phone. So I rooted and installed link2sd. However, some of the biggest apps were Google system apps, although they could also be user apps if installed manually (Chrome, Google, G+). Since I knew they didn't NEED to be system apps, I installed an app called "/system/app mover" to try to move it. Nonetheless, it deleted Chrome. Then, hoping to fix it myself, I deleted the apk that the app mover moved to /data/app (it was right at the top), but it didn't work. Hoping to reinstall it from the Play Store, I got an error -24. Any ideas? Hopefully I'm posting this in the right spot, but I apologize if I'm in the wrong section.

There's still data left from Chrome, so it looks installed. You can try clearing data and cache from Play Store and Google Play Services. If that doesn't work you'll have to find the Chrome data folder and delete it. (You may have to root the phone.)
