Error 492

[Android Question]

I am trying to download an app from the Play Store and received the following message...
could not be downloaded due to an error. (492)....what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Contact Google. There was an issue recently at Google and some were having difficulty downloading apps. I thought the issue had been fixed but perhaps not.

I've also heard that there's an unsolved issue with this (which I've encountered myself). Sometimes just waiting a bit and the download will work. Sometimes switching to wifi vs. 3G/4G or vice-versa will do the trick.

Outside of that, we're still waiting on Google.
