Error 495

We recently got s4 mini for my son.We set the phone up with bbm,few apps and games from the app stores.When he wanted to download all of a sudden he is getting an error message after a while with code 495,samsung store does not even want to start download.Wi-fi works fine with other network.The mobile network carrier is 8.ta S.A.Please assist.

Go to settings - accounts and delete the Google account.
Do a reboot and ADD the Google account back in.
It won't harm the phone and could correct the problem.
It worked for me with a 491 Error.

I was thinking why is the account a problem?Works fine from wifi.Is there not maybe a setting selected to download from wifi only?If so were is this setting?

will it remove the data and applications if i delete

Not if you just delete the account. Also, read some of these posts.
