Hello and welcome to Android Forums. This is most likely caused by a "fluctuation" with your 'internet connection' speed. You might want to refresh your data connection. I'm not sure if your device has the feature to "update profile," if so... then you should do so. Also, turning airplane mode On/Off usually fixes this issue.
