error by android market -> tablet

Hey all,

I've been frustrating for 2 days now. Now I am looking for help from another side. I hope someone here can help me...

I've bought a 7 inch tablet (yarvik). I've downloaded the Android market app, becouse it wasn't on it when i bought it. But it doesn't work good...

I can instal it, no problem, I can link it to my google mail, no problem. I can open in, no problem. but i cant click any button/download. when I do that I get the next error:

The application Market (process com.android.vending) had stopped unexpectedly. please try again.

I've tryed so much:

resetting my tablet to factory data (2 times)

deleting catch of market

delete market, and install again

downloaded the market from differend websites and installed them, none of them worked

if you have any more suggestions for me, they are welcome!

If it has Android 2.1, Eclair....or lower, Market will not work, but there is apparently now Froyo released?? Which solves the Market problem, but may break your SD card!!!!

And a weird post also from some guy called TheMook....says:

Today Froyo launched a new ROM.
Android 2.2 V3 with working market.

which may or may not mean something....

Keep us informed, as this is interesting....

BTW, I would check out AppBrain.....http://www.appbrain.com/

Don't think it needs Market, and you can install by download directly!!!

I've tryed appbrain. but it says that there is no android market on my phone (tablet)...

any more suggestions? I think I have android 2.1. is there any way t update it?
