error code 110

i have an error code 110 when trying to download upload or delete from play store
 
There's not much on 110 - just a lot of "clear cache", "uninstall updates" and other guesses. But I haven't seen anything that seems to work. What you might try (I just downloaded an app and updated another with no problem, so I can't tell if it will do anything) is uninstall Play. Then turn the power off, wait a few seconds and turn the phone on again. Then use Play Store Install to install Play again. If it's an update to Play that caused the problem that might fix it - but I'm guessing that it's either a "directory loop" (some directory has a reference to a directory above it that's named, not dotted) or a hardware problem causing something similar. I've seen references to the phone looping forever trying to calculate free storage.
