Error Code 67 Data Call Failure

ever since i activated this phone i couldnt get on the network. i can make/recieve calls & texting but cant get on the network. it either says disconnected or error code 67. my area's signal is good as my bro has a htc evo and everything works but my htc one v. i called vm many times but all of them clueless. any phone experts on this forum i need help

Hello tradez401. Welcome to Android Forums. I tried looking for the error 67 and it sounds like a profile/prl error of some sorts. I found a link to a fix but it's for a different phone. I'll post the link here and you might take a look at it and see if you can draw a parallel to your phone. Anyway, I wish I could be of more help but I do hope you enjoy these forums.
