Help error code 70 while flashing gapps from twrp

I recently flashed the 16 september release build of mokee rom for my redminote 4g.



all went well
However I am trying to install pico version of gapps and I'm getting insufficient storage error - code 70 . Here is the log. Please help me

I'm guessing the "pico version" of gapps it the smallest available--if you've got a smaller one, though, I'd try that.

Otherwise, you just don't have space in /system for this installation to succeed.
 
It's not the GApps it is more likely the ROM. Was it designed specifically for your device? You should also be doing a clean install. Dirty flash is more for system updates.
 
Moreover I'm using marshmallow 6.0.1 and gapps are for 6.0. Is it because of that? I cannot find separate gapps for 6.0.1 as in screenshot.

I don't get it. @scary alien was correct with his assessment. The Rom download page states that the ROM is 325Mb. And the GApps should be about 92Mb. According to your log 800mb has been used previous to GApps installation. I think it best to just start over. You're installing the GApps at the same time as the ROM?
