My Galaxy J3 Orbit wont let me send text or pictures. It has an "Error Code Addr.Vent" and this is becoming a huge annoyance and hassle. Can someone PLEASE HELP ASAP?

everything that i read all suggest doing a factory reset. i would give that idea a go. just make sure to back things up using smart switch.
