Error code on sprint GS4

[Android Question]

I have a sprint galaxy s4 and i flash and installed slim rom 4.3 and the most recent gapps file for my phone, my phone booted up all the way but I cant send txt messages or make calls I keep getting this error unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped" does anybody know how to fix this? thank you ahead of time, I have been messing with it since 4pm yesterday.

Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

When you flashed the ROM, did you also wipe /data, /cache and /Dalvik partitions? It's very important when flashing a new ROM that those partitions, as well as system, get wiped. Try a fresh install, wiping those four in Recovery. Good luck, I hope this helps.
