Help Error Connecting to Mobile Network and wifi

I reseted my phone, took the sim card out and even shut it off and let it sit over night and it still wont connect to the mobile network nor wifi. Are there any other options?

If you cannot connect to any network, this could be an issue with the radio files on your phone. Can you make phone calls?

Self explanatory and this is the problem given equivalent happened to one of my Rises a while back but simply fixed it by using hidden menus,testing,phone info and changed back to initial PRL.Swtiched to another by itself for no apparent reason keep in mind using wrong forementioned(PRL) and you will have little to no network.I'll append hidden menu in a bit though
