I began receiving this message periodically not too long ago, maybe after the time of the 4.1.83 update (not exactly sure, but I don't think I saw this before the update).
I've tried to find a pattern of when it happens (home vs work, using X or Y app, time of day, etc) but it seems to happen randomly. Or at least I am too dense to see a pattern.
I'm thinking of uninstalling each app installed (one) or updated (lots) in the last few weeks. I wanted to see if anyone has seen this message. I have searched and cannot seem to find anyone with the same issue.

The exact message is actually "Error during retrieve GSM location info...trying later". Not sure if that helps.
