Root Error making backup image CWM 5027

I recently installed the non-OC Monster 5.3 ROM (recommended by SacredBloodlin, thanks again!) and I'm very happy, except now CWM hits the 'error while making a backup image'. I've got plenty of free space on my 16GB sd card, so that's not the problem. I'm hoping a simple re-flash of CWM will set things right, but want to be sure before I make the attempt. I've downloaded the CWM file from the Odin thread (admire-cwm.tar) and will put it in the Download folder of the sd card so it'll be ready to go. As for the messages leading up to the error, here they are:

SD card space free: 11386MB
backing up boot image...
backing up recovery image...
backing up system...
Error while making a backup image

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

I'd update to a newer CWM
 
6.0.3.0 or 6.0.3.2? I've not researched either, but I'll assume 3.2 isn't for me for some reason.
