Error message 491

I just got the max pro less than 2 weeks ago and have already had to do 2 factory resets because I can't download from play store. Zte live chat walked me through process to clean twice and today it's back to same error message 491. How do you make this go away?

I had the same issue when I had my ZMAX pro . I found out it was because I was using a cleaner from the app store. Had to factory reset it to get it to work

491 error is I believe for the most part a google account (sync) issue. I think the best solution for this error is to make a new google account. Not an issue for me since I always make up new account on all of my new phones.

Yes I am paranoid google is snooping and so I don't give them a chance to trail me. Na- uh.

So if o get rid of clean master and reset my phone it might work?

For whatever reason clean Master causes error . Just factory reset and don't use it anymore

Is there another antivirus protection cleaner that is safe with this phone?
