Not sure if I am the "only" person to get an error message after the upgrade, but it's only for one app. I should also mention that the phone is rooted and using the stock ROM, and I have CMW recovery.
I wear a Bodymedia Link device (tracks calories, steps, etc.) about 23 hours a day. There's an app for the phone that syncs with the Bodymedia via Bluetooth. After the update to JB yesterday, I've been getting an error message that displays about five seconds after launching the app and about five seconds after I hit the Home key to return to the home screen.
Android.database.SQLite.SQLiteException: near "S": syntax error (code 1): while compiling UPDATE TBestadoActual SET: Estadobluetooth=1, sBluetooth=:'KO's Armband' WHERE key=1
The device still syncs just fine to the app, just that I'm getting that message. (The device name is KO's Armband.) I've rebooted the phone a few times to see if that helped. (No) I've unlinked the device in Bluetooth settings to see if that helped. (No) I've uninstalled the Bodymedia app, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and relinked the device to see if that helped. (No)
It's not a show-stopper and I can still sync the armband to the phone, but it is kind of annoying to have that message display. It only displays for a few seconds and I haven't been able to actually take a screenshot of it because it disappears when I tap the little screenshot button (Screenshot It).
Anyhow just thought I'd see if anyone else either came across something like this or might know of a way to fix it. (Short of going back to Ice Cream Sandwich.) I did send the Bodymedia Support folks an email basically saying the same as above.
