Help Error Message Help!

I recently got this error message:

"application settings in process com.android.settings is not responding"

Any idea what is it?

When it happened I could not access the internet. Tried WiFi but would not turn on.
Whole phone just slowed down and got stuck on some screens. Even settings.

Turned off and turned on the phone and it resolved it for now... And would like to prevent it in future.

is ur pone memory full ??? weird things happen then... atleast leave 30 mbs free...
do a factory reset otherwise...
or else try checking whether mess center no is correct
for internet check whether packet data is on...
