Error message in Google play

I keep getting an error processing purchase [BM-CPH-08] message when i try to purchase in apps! Is there anything I need to do?
 
Go to settings/manage apps

Select play store, force close, say yes to the warning, clear cache, clear data.

exit settings and run play store app again.
