The solution will depend on whether the error message is merely an occasional nuisance, or if it is constantly looping and preventing you from using your phone/tablet. If it's just an occasional thing but your device is otherwise usable, go into Settings > Manage apps (the exact path or verbiage may be slightly different depending on what Android version you have installed), select LogsProvider from the scrolling list of installed apps, and then clear/cache/data, followed by a reboot.
If you device is unusable, then do a recovery boot from a powered-off condition (you can google "recovery boot" for your device model to learn how), and then "wipe data / factory reset" followed by a reboot. Again, exact verbiage may differ depending on your device. Note that this will cause you to lose all apps you installed as well as all customizations, but it beats having an unusable device.
