Help error message

Can anyone help?
in the notifications section I get unable to back up.
3 days since last back up.
Where can I find the relevant section to stop this error coming up on my Samsung galaxy note 2014 10.1. Thanks

Long-press the notification. You'll get an "App info" button. Press it. That's the app giving you the notification.

If you can't figure it out from there, you can post again, asking why app xyz is giving you this notification.

When I press the notification error message it disappears and doesn't take me anywhere?The error is a cloud with a exclamation mark inside.

Sounds like an error with the cloud services. You can find the settings for it under the General tab, listed right under Accounts.
