I have Cyangenmod on my LG GT540 (Gingerbread 3.4.5)
I try to connect via my pc and then it just loads,and loads,and after that loading it reboot,why!?

I think you mean 2.3.5

So when you select connect via usb it tries to connect for ages and then reboots?

How long have you been running this particular rom? Is it a recent install? Maybe try reflashing the rom again as it may not have compiled properly the first time.
