Help Error Reporting

I have this happen about 20 times a day or so . I feel my phone vibrate and then I get a little window it is the "complete action using" one with the options of dropbox, gmail and skype . I've clicked on gmail to see what exactly it's sending and it looks to be an error report to google but if I have it automatically send it via Gmail it just sends it to my email . I've looked around but can't find an option to just turn error reporting off .

Getting the same issue on my Galaxy Nexus running AOKP 4.0.3.

Anybody fixed this yet, quite annoying.

If the phone is vibrating along with an error report log, this means an app has crashed. If the app is a system app, or one that your carrier has installed, and if this is happening repeatedly then the only way to fix it is to either try clearing the apps data, uninstall all of the updates the app has and then try to reinstall, or perform a factory reset so that the corrupt file and be wiped and fresh clean files can be reinstalled.

note: only factory reset from the phones settings if you are not rooted. Rooted users should factory reset from recovery.
