ok well that is the issue. if you can't turn on the device, then you can't enable usb debugging....and thus you can't use adb. it is also why odin will not work.

not really sure what you can do at this point.

I installed it with odin, everything went well and he said yes if I wanted to finish root I said yes and then the screen gets purple and enters loop

Did you let TWRP flash root or did you actually use the install function to flash a root.zip file? If you let TWRP flash the root binaries on its own accord, I suspect that is what caused the issues you experiencing now. It happens all to often.
I have a rooted N4 n910p.
Another suggestion is make sure your installing the correct custom recover for your device and carrier.
If there are 2 options .tar and tar.sec most people use the .tar .
Download the latest version and if that doesn't work reflash your firmware, reboot and flash a lower version TWRP .tar.
