error while retrieving information from server

I have a S3 and when I try to download from Play store I get this error.
I have read about it, and tryed to delete google account, and restart the phone, and log in on play store again but its not working.
Any suggestions?

I found the following info on Google :-

"Nowadays, a lot of people experience the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error while trying to update or install apps from the Google Play Store. This error will pop up right after you have almost completed the update or install. You will even see the install bar reach the very end and then the annoying
