Error

Can you please help, my phone keeps coming up with error retrieving information from server(RPC:s-5:AEC-O).
I can not download apps but have Cleared the cache and forced a shut down.
My phone is a Motorola blur ( I think ), my phone carrier is Vodafone.
Please help this driving me insane.
