Help Errors 642 & 972

I have been having errors on my phone all day. I can't call out or send texts at all. I can do everything else though. I've updated the profile and prl, reset my phone through the power button. I even took the battery out, but I'm still having all of these problems. I have to fly out tomorrow and call my ride ASAP. Please help!!!

Sorry you are having issues with your phone, but have you called your carrier?
Try toggling airplane mode on, wait a little bit, then toggle off.
Did this just happen out of the blue?
I have the same device and cannot recall an error such as those, but I will search around and see what I can come up with

Edit: did a little bit of searching and am not coming up with an explanation for those error codes.

When do you get those errors?
