Hey guys! Just wanted to introduce myself to you as I did in the general intro threads. My name's Daniel and I'm the Online Community Specialist at ESET North America. I've been with ESET for about 3 years in their Customer Care/Tech Support department and now I get to go out and pro-actively help users and support our products. That's what I signed up here for.
