Root esteem ms910 root failed with rootunlock!

hey guys i tried to root my wifes phone (METRO PCS LG ESTEEM MS910) with root unlock software, ive had previous success with this great software, and ive rooted my lg mytouch 4g with no problems... BUT i tried today with my wifes lgms910, and it failed, it said unable to find root shell but its listed as a eligible phone through their site, (SIDE NOTE my phone the galaxy s blaze 4g failed as well but it not ready on their site.) but i updated all the LG drivers and support tools, and updated the software on her phone to MS910ZVD. im thinking the software update might be the problem, but shes still running GB2.3.4.

so im a little confused here. please help

im on zvd but nothing there answers my question. thanks for the post though.

if you have already updated to zvd and dont have root follow this guide make sure your read it thrice to make sure you know what your doing you obviously dont have to start from the beginning since yoy have already updated

if you follow the guide you'll have root everyone here has done it this wat and had success
