Root Event - All things (self service related) fail

If I try to update firmware: check failed. Hands free activation: fails. Update PRL: fail. Update profile: fail. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Sorry for all the threads, I'm having a lot of problems with this phone recently :mad:
