Evernote vs dropbox vs AK notepad

What is the best, and why? Evernote, dropbox or or AK notepad/Catch?

Dropbox is best for syncing files and documents
Evernote is good for taking and syncing notes

I have not tried Ak notepad/Catch

Another one to add to the list is Springpad
The Chrome browser extension is a nice feature that allows you to bookmark websites from your computer. You can do a lot with springpad such as using the built in barcode scanner to look up and save a product you come across.

I agree. I use Dropbox to sync docs like M$/Office stuff, pdf, etc. I use Evernote to keep little notes since IMHO it's more convenient.

Comparing Dropbox to Evernote is like comparing Apples to... Aliens?
They have nothing in common.

Anyway, I believe Springpad to be a better alternative to Evernote.

Services like Dropbox are SugarSync and Box.net but I consider Dropbox to be better (just because it offers more space, otherwise, Sugarsync is better).
