Change the locale (language/country/variant) of your phone. That's all. This is useful if, for whatever reason, your preferred language is not included in your device.
It's the same idea as existing apps such as MoreLocale2, Custom Locale, Set Locale and Language, etc etc. However, the problem I've found with those apps is that it's not simple to change to a locale that is not on their list. Also, the ads are annoying. Every Locale supports autocompletion of language / country human readable names, not ISO codes. There are no ads and there are no requirements for unnecessary permissions.
Every Locale is open source using the GPLv3 license. The link to the source is included in the Android Market description at the link below.
