Everytime I charge up my Xperia Play a app starts up?

I think I pressed the wrong button and now when ever I put phone in docking station it says app start and gives 3 options?

Is there a way to shut it off?

Indeed you can stop this. Please open the Smartconnect or Liveware manager and disable the application start under the charging option there.
