I was texting earlier today and while doing so my phone froze. There have been times before where this has happened (freezes for a few seconds when accidentally highlighting something), but not to this extent. Screen is frozen and trying to reboot the phone by holding down the power button for 5+ seconds doesn't work.
I've also tried charging it through my laptop and the wall charger, but the laptop doesn't even read that it's plugged in and and light doesn't show up in either case. Not sure what to do, for now I'm just leaving it unplugged and hoping it dies but wondering if anyone has experience with this. I couldn't find anything directly related to this online.
