I wanted to get some input from everyone on the max link speed they've seen when connected to a wireless N network with their Evo LTE. I ask because:
I've had mine for a few weeks now and use it primarily while connected to my wireless network at home. My router advertises 300+450mbps on the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands respectively, but I've only ever been able to connect to it with my Evo at a max of 65mbps on both bands. I realize there are several variables that affect this, and to be clear I do not expect to be able to connect at 300 or 450mbps (if only). But I was hoping to see a 150mbps connection because from what I've gathered, the 802.11 radio in the Evo should be able to support channel bonding (40mhz) and short guard interval (400ns) using a single stream...which should equal a maximum throughput of 150mbps.
