evo 4g mobile network

My evo 4g will not let me connect to my mobile network. i can call/text and even send/recieve picture messages but can not use the internet unless i connect to wifi. which is not always available. when i try connecting to the mobile network i get a message saying "disconnected because service is not available" ?! any ideas how i can fix this?? i have tried updateing profile/prl but it always fails.

Have you rooted or flashed a custom rom? It sounds like your APN settings are incorrect. You'll need to get them from Sprint.

Someone in EVO 4G forum might also know what they should be.

Hello,

Welcome to the forum. If mobile network is enable (checked) and you're having problems getting an internet connection - call Sprint tech support for assistance. They might have to either reset your 'data connection" or your username.

Would i just call tech support? and it use to be rooted yes.

Yeah, you should be able to get the APN settings from your service provider!
