sssoooo.... my lovely iBook G4 can no longer recognize its airport card and here i sit with a fancy 4g phone and want to wired tether it to my mac so that i may use the phones wifi signal to use the internet on my busted mac.
is this possible without using any apps? i can plug my mac into my router with a cat5 cable and access the internet if need be. but when not home would like to be able to plug my phone into my mac and use the internet.
i thought i found one post somewhere about being able to do it without any apps, but ill be darned if i can find it again.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
