EVO, Droid X, Vibrant video out comparision.

long story short...the HDMI feature is nearly useless, while old school RCA cables on the Vibrant show everything on the phone (except DRM video).

Yeah pretty lame. But hopefully they can give us an update to improve this feature.

Yea..I'm Pretty sure a software update is all we need.....I have my Faith to the Devs over at XDA giving it to us before HTC though......They Unlocked the FPS Cap...I'm Sure they can get the HDMI to Out whatever is on screen

I sure hope so because with the Cyanogen M6 rom it supports connecting a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Imagine having full OS support with your HDMI out. Talk about a mini desktop PC.

Plugging any device other than a game system, computer or other device solely meant for home theater is stupid. This goes for cameras, camcorders and cell phones.

The quality is crap anyway.
