EVO "features" in Nexus?

Hello,
I've been using the EVO series phones till now (4G/3D), and am accustomed to the UI, and the crapware that Sprint throws on to it, and the Sense UI.
I'm now thinking about moving to the Galaxy Nexus, and am trying to figure out if there are any features of the EVO that I'll miss on the Nexus.

UI:
* I don't care for the home screen UIs - I prefer the stock Nexus look (and there are always the launchers that can get me close to what I want)
* I'm guessing that some features like flip to silence (turn phone on the screen to stop ringing), auto increase volume when phone is in pocket etc are sense features - are these available on the Nexus?
* same question with the contacts linking, setting default action for a contact's widget etc
* any other differences?

While I plan to use Google maps for the navigation (never used telenav so far), is the telenav application available to install on the Nexus? Sprint TV?

Are there any other noticeable differences that will be obvious when moving to the Nexus (compared to the EVO series)?

Thanks!
