Evo is a POS

Let me preface this by saying Evo is my first truly smartphone. Coming from Windows Mobile and a Motorola Q9, the Evo is in another category.

In this case...POS stands for Positively Outstanding Smartphone.

It's really mind-blowing and satisfying at what we can accomplish on these phones. So many needs are met with just a few taps on the touchscreen. And with all the great features that Froyo is bringing, as well as the JIT enhancements, it's just icing on the cake.

Just knowing that we have a mobile command center to reach out to the world, have entertainment at our fingertips and to be able to have it all in the palm of our sweaty hands, makes me truly appreciate how far technology has come. We should be very happy that these POS devices are in our lives.

I was just checking out some of the features in the upcoming Froyo 2.2 update. Besides all of the obvious ones, like Flash, Bluetooth dialing, SD card app installs, etc...

I forgot about the chrome to phone, that's just plain awesome. Just a little enhancement but it's nice to have.
