Chances are.. If it doesn't say anything in the manual, or have any buttons on the radio control itself that can get you to a bluetooth menu, it probably doesn't have it.
Now, to listen to the phone in the car, you will have to connect from the headphone jack to an auxiliary jack on the radio, (if it has one) or connect to a (I'm not 100% sure what it's called,sorry) device that makes a radio signal that you can broadcast to your own car's tuner and a preset station (frequency.) I make it sound way more complicated than it is. They have these devices in pretty much any store that sells MP3 players as a retrofit to older vehicles, or vehicles without BT or aux inputs. They can be had for around 30-$40 dollars for a decent one, IIRC.

Hah, funny. I own a 2006 pontiac G6 GT and an evo shift.
There is no way you can play music from your phone in your car unless you get an FM transmitter (what 330D was talking about) or an FM modulator.
The second one is more powerful and usually a little bit bigger and requires to be plugged into the car charger. FM transmitters are generally cheaper and don't have to be plugged into the car charger (there are however some that do need to be plugged in to the car charger). Make sure you find an FM transmitter that can be plugged into your phone though. I personally just use my iTouch with an iTrip and it works flawlessly.

Also, there is always an option of installing an auxiliary jack in your car. It costs around $80-$120 and then you can just plug your phone in directly to your radio.
