Chances are.. If it doesn't say anything in the manual, or have any buttons on the radio control itself that can get you to a bluetooth menu, it probably doesn't have it.
Now, to listen to the phone in the car, you will have to connect from the headphone jack to an auxiliary jack on the radio, (if it has one) or connect to a (I'm not 100% sure what it's called,sorry) device that makes a radio signal that you can broadcast to your own car's tuner and a preset station (frequency.) I make it sound way more complicated than it is. They have these devices in pretty much any store that sells MP3 players as a retrofit to older vehicles, or vehicles without BT or aux inputs. They can be had for around 30-$40 dollars for a decent one, IIRC.
