Help Evo won't go to sleep when I push the button.

My HTC EVO will not sleep even when I push the on/off button. this is a brand new problem for me and was hoping someone would have a fix for it.

I fixed this problem very easily when I downloaded Spare Parts from the Android market. All you have to do is open the app and scroll down to the heading "End Button Behavior" and select sleep or home then sleep.
