Exchange Activesync and Android 2 way sync

I had a Galaxy S2 and got rid of this as the email software was the worst I had seen. I now have a HTC Ssensation.

My issue is with excahnge activesync. I have Exch 2010 and all my folders sync perfectly together with calendar and contacts. If I repy or forward an email from my handset this is flagged on the handset as being replied to etc and also the flag syncs back to my desktop outlook to let me know what I have done when I get back there.

My frustration is that any email I reply to or forward on my desktop is not flagged on the handset that this is what I have done. Does anyone have a similar issue or solution?

Sadly this is the main reason I've shied away from Android. I hoped this functionality would make its way onto Gingerbread but alas this was not the case.

Reply/forward works like a dream in iOS, Windows Phone 7.x, and all versions of Blackberry OS by the way.

Hey Google, reply/forward flags ARE important!
