Help Exchange activesync stuck on Manual

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with activesync not keeping the "as items arrive" feature for exchange mail. Every time I set it to "as items arrive" then back out of the screen and go back in to verify configuration, it shows "manual" again. Anyone seen this problem?

Mine just stopped working altogether for email. It would no longer sync email as downloads. I could still sync calendar, contacts, and SEND an email--just couldn't receive.

So...I switched to Touchdown for Android. It works great. It's a high price but worth it for business use.
