Help exchange activesync

Anyone experiencing problem with their TB on exchange activesync, requiring activation of device administrator? I received push mails from my work email, and I know it is not my company's issue, because other people with different phones are doing fine, and when I used it on my personal gmail account (for crying out loud), the same problem happened. If I do not activate the device administrator, I cannot receive or send email from that account through exchange activesync. Will appreciate any help. thanks.
 
That's normal for most exchange systems now. If it detects a setup with a device administrator option built in, it will need it to be activated. This is for the remote wipe feature. I don't know if your job uses the remote wipe but in my city job if I put exchange on any android device that has device administrator and I don't activate it the device administrator. Email will not work.
