Help Exchange calendar over rides Outlook Calendar

I recently added my new companies email and calendar to my outlook 2007 so I didn't have to check via webmail. So now I have two account in my outlook, personal and an exchange. Now, my contacts were all screwed up, but I've fixed that, but when I sync EVO only see's the Exchange Calendar and not my personal calendar. Everything is still on my computer outlook calendar, but how do I get the phone to see my personal calendar?
