Hello everybody,

I am working as a network engineer for a company.
Recently, we decided to buy 300+ Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v devices.

Since we first want to test the devices before we buy all of them, we ordered one tablet.

Unfortunately, we have discovered a problem with the Galaxy Tab 10.1v. When i add an exchange account to the standard mail cli

What was the problem you fixed with Exchange 2003?

I have problems with the build in email client. I have configured an Exchange account and two IMAP accounts.
The Exchange account has got the folders and messages initially and worked for some time, although already giving some issues when using WIFI. Now I am roaming, and the exchange account no longer gets new messages, not on mobile connection, but also not on WIFI.

I deleted the account and created a new one. Again, the folders were created and the messages up to the current date were obtained, but no new messages after that.

Using Touchdown for Tablets, I have set up a separate Exchange account in that, which works without problems. However, Touchdown does not support IMAP or POP3 accounts.

I found what the problem was for me: I needed to set it to accept all certificates, now it works ok. The reason is my company acts as the supplier of the certificates but the trust its not recognized on the tab. It stays strange that the Android client receives messages the first time after configuring the account. My assumption is the mail client does not check the trust at that stage and it does later on.
