Help exchange email help

[droid help please]

I'm having problems with my exchange email. It used to show all of my emails in my inbox, and now it only shows the latest 6 or 7 emails, and all of the rest have disappeared. When I press refresh it doesnt bring them up either.

Does anyone know how to make the rest of my emails re-appear in my inbox? They werent deleted at all.
