Help Exchange email setup?

Is it definitely exchange enabled? Your school should have settings. Exchange activesync is pretty clever, it doesn't need many settings
 
I've always had to set mine up manually, it would not find it automatically.

Example:

Domain\username: Duke_univ\johndoe

Password: ********

Exchange server: mail.dukeuniv.edu

I also had to put a check mark for SSL
 
I started to going to school last semester and at 1st had a hard time trying to setup my student email on my phone (GS3) but once i found the online walkthru on the school websit it was easy to setup.
 
This is what my school website shows for the diffrent settings.


Use these settings to access your e-mail using POP, IMAP, or SMTP.


POP setting Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

IMAP setting Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP setting Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS

I tried those too. Now it tells me that my username or password is incorrect. Does that mean that the other settings are right?
