Help Exchange folders in Sense email?

Does anyone know why shared Exchange folders don't show up in the stock EVO email client?

Our office uses project management software called Newforma, which creates email subfolders for each project in Outlook/Exchange. In Outlook, we just drag and drop emails into the appropriate project folders.

If I create my own subfolder in Outlook, it shows up in my EVO email client. I can move emails to this folder. However, the folders created by the Newforma software don't show up.

Co-workers with WinMo, Windows Phone, iphones, and even non-HTC Android phones work fine, and these subfolders show up in their email clients. However, that doesn't seem to be the case for Sense-based phones.

I have tried Touchdown, and loved it. Except . . . Touchdown does not merge with my Google calendar. I need to operate off of one calendar, not two, so that's a dealbreaker. Which is too bad, because otherwise Touchdown seems fantastic.

So, am I doing something wrong with the Sense email client, or is this just not possible? Are there any other email clients out there that could do what I need?
